1 How do I sign in?

To sign into the platform, go to http://agentahub.io/login. You will need to use your email and password to sign in.

2 How do I reset my password?

Click here to reset your password. Enter in your email address and we will email you instructions to reset your password.

3 How do I update my account/profile, billing, and notification settings?

To manage your profile, click on your photo/avatar badge in the bottom left of the screen. This will take you to the ‘My Profile’ section of the application where you can manage your profile information, notifications, and billing information.

4 How do I update my credit card to pay for the subscription?

Go to your profile section by clicking on your photo/avatar badge in the bottom left of the screen. The ‘Billing Information’ section shows your current payment method. To update your payment method, click the ‘Manage’ button to provide new credit card information.

5 How to understand the value of my Dashboard within AgentaHub?

The AgentaHub Dashboard is a valuable snapshot of your business activity. The top row of stat boxes tells you quickly how many leads are in each stage. The Projections panel gives you an idea of how much revenue you’ve brought in and are expected to bring in. Other panels tell you what events are scheduled for the current day, what tasks are due soon, and other general activity related to your contacts.

6 How do I create a new record in the CRM?

Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ menu item and then click on the top right button labeled ‘New Contact’. Then enter in all details associated with your new contact. You can also click the ‘Create New Contact’ button at the top of any page.

7 What details can I save within a Contact Record within the CRM?

Here is a list of the most common details you can save within a contact record in our CRM:

  1. Full Name
  2. Contact Type (Lead, Client, Referrer)
  3. Email Address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Tags (To help with future search)
  6. Tasks
  7. Meetings
  8. Marking status within Lead Pipeline

8 What is the function for the Pipeline within the CRM?

We have designed a modern Pipeline Kanban Board so you can easily track the status across all your prospects across simple categories:

  1. Lead In (Step 1 - this step is where all prospects start; as an open lead)
  2. Form Pending (Step 2 - this step is where you are collecting information to review)
  3. Analysis (Step 3 - this step is where you are analyzing the best plans for your prospect)
  4. Proposal (Step 4 – this is where you are meeting with prospect to recommend best plans)
  5. Recent Close (Step 5 – this is where you win and close the business)
9 What is the function for the Calendar system?

AgentaHub’s platform keeps track of meetings, tasks, and activity logged within your CRM. It provides a simple view where you can toggle a weekly or monthly view. To add an event, simply click the button labeled ‘Add Event’.

10 What does the Reporting functionality provide?
